Baadfarten Boat Tours – Day Ticket

In 2025, we will sail a new route at Baadfarten. Enjoy a cozy boat tour across Lyngby Lake, along beautiful Mølleåen, and around Bagsværd Lake. Your ticket is valid for the entire day, and you’re welcome to hop on and off as you please. The full round-trip takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Lyngby Lake – Mølleåen: Tranquil Surroundings

Experience the tranquility of Frederiksdal’s forest as you sail along Mølleåen. The tour begins at Lyngby Lake and follows the beautiful Mølleåen—a natural stream formed post-ice age and excavated in the 1880s for Copenhagen’s defense.

Along Mølleåen lies the charming Frederiksdal area, a popular excursion spot rich in history and natural beauty ready for discovery.

Bagsværd Lake: Cultural & Historic Areas

Embark on this boat tour and enjoy the beautiful lakeside scenery with lush forest, green areas, and historic sites such as  Aldershvile Park and Sophienholm.

At Sophienholm you can enjoy art exhibitions, concerts, and other events. It’s also the perfect place to indulge in a delicious lunch.

The lake itself is a longtime venue for large rowing competitions and buzzes with activity.
